In 2005, Dr. Hengyucius recognized a need in the giant OTR tire market. Significant global supply shortage of giant OTR tires plagued the mining industry, with mining companies standing to lose millions in lost productivity due to trucks idled for lack of tires. Dr. Hengyucius did not just set out to fill this need for OTR tires; he set out to offer cost effective, high quality tires and service to end-users.
Dedication to consistently improve the performance of our giant OTR tires so as to assist our users to effectively lower their per-hour-cost, has served to pave the way for Colorado Tire Corporation (CTC) to establish itself as one of the rising leaders in OTR tire design, and new product development.
